When clients request it, we use mystery (secret) shopping and auditing services to collect related insights. To do so, we highlight these opportunities for the independent contractors – “shoppers” - that have registered with us.
After reviewing available opportunities, which vary in type, frequency, and volume according to client needs, shoppers select only the assignments that interest them. They do so for a variety of reasons – to earn extra (“side”) income, enjoy new experiences, contribute insights and ideas, and more.
